Each Radiant guest will be provided with our 2024 Retreat Guide: a full-color, full-bleed magazine featuring compelling articles and mom-focused content, plus recommendations for Northwest Arkansas eateries, retail establishments, and entertainment venues.

Specifications & Submission Guidelines
Digital Submission Ads
- Bleed dimensions include a 1/8” bleed on each side. All content, text, logos, and framed borders must be at least 1/4” from the trim line or 3/8” from the bleed line.
- Acceptable file formats: high-resolution (300 dpi or greater) PDF, PNG, AI, or EPS files.
- Digital Submission ad rates apply only to drop-in files. Resizing, editing, conversion, or other services will incur additional charges.
- Additional graphic design support is available for $20 per hour.
Ads with Design Services
- Design Services rates include up to one hour of graphic design services for creating your ad, with one digital proof. Logo scanning, extensive changes or edits, or multiple proofs will incur additional charges.
- Advertiser must provide a high-resolution logo and/or images (high-resolution PNG, PDF, JPEG, AI or EPS), plus ad copy. Submitted copy may be edited for space and content, at our discretion.
- SageMint LLC is not responsible for errors in submitted copy, or any errors contained in approved proofs.
- Additional graphic design support is available for $20 per hour (one hour minimum).
- Finished design work remains the property of SageMint LLC.
