Specifications & Submission Guidelines
Ads with Design Services
- Design Services rates include up to one hour of graphic design services for creating your ad, with one digital proof. Logo scanning, extensive changes or edits, or multiple proofs will incur additional charges.
- Advertiser must provide a high-resolution logo and/or images (high-resolution PNG, PDF, JPEG, AI or EPS), plus ad copy and HTML link. Submitted copy may be edited for space and content, at our discretion.
- SageMint LLC is not responsible for errors in submitted copy or links, or any errors contained in approved proofs.
- Additional graphic design support is available for $20 per hour (one hour minimum).
- Finished design work remains the property of SageMint LLC.
- Actual size and placement of ads will vary based on screen size.
